Participants must be non-smokers and agree to follow certain restrictions for the entire duration of the study. Restrictions -- unless medically necessary -- include no alcohol, no caffeine, and no grapefruit products, as well as no prescription, over-the-counter medications, or herbal or dietary supplements. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, have diagnosed Cushing's disease based on lab results, and be able to complete at least 15 days of study drug treatment. Female patients must not be pregnant and must agree to use acceptable forms of birth control during the study, and for one month afterward.
